Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship throughout the United States. International orders are welcome, and shipping is calculated at checkout.

Production and processing. Ready-to-ship items leave our studio within 3–5 business days. Most of our canvases are made to order, hand painted or printed especially for you, and typically arrive within 4–6 weeks. We'll keep you posted along the way.

Orders with made-to-order items. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we'll ship everything together once your full order is ready. If you'd like your ready-to-ship items sooner, simply place them as a separate order.

Shipping cost. US orders ship for a flat $9. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Carriers. We ship with USPS and occasionally UPS.

Lost or delayed packages. Once a package is with the carrier, we can't control delays or losses in transit, but we'll gladly help you track it down or file a claim.
