Our canvases are hand painted or printed on NeedlePaint StitchPerfect canvas especially for each order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If something isn't right with your order, whether it arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us at hello@threepetalsneedlepoint.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo if you can, and we'll work with you to make it right.
